Todd was born and
raised in the San Fernando Valley, growing up in
Woodland Hills in the Southwest section of
the San Fernando Valley. Todd's higher
education included California State
University, Northridge, studying Business&
Economics, including Accounting and Real
Estate and graduated with honors. Todd is a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and
started his career working for the Big 4 Public Accounting
Firm Coopers & Lybrand..
After Public Accounting, Todd worked 14 years at Universal Studios in various Finance and Accounting roles. Todd left Universal Studios in 2004 to pursue a career in Residential Real Estate. Originally licensed in 1993, Todd previously worked for Gibson and Associates Realtors in Toluca Lake and Sherman Oaks and Dilbeck Realtors in Sherman Oaks and Keller Williams in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, and Encino.
